Gain goals!

Hey guys, I've been bodybuilding for 5 years now and I'm pretty much at my goal weight at 265 and still keeping my strength right where I want to be. Eating a total of 5,000 cals a day and staying very active at work as well as in the gym to continue a slow cutting phase. Any questions or comments feel free to ask!

    Hey Chris, that's awesome!! I have a few questions about bodybuilding because I'm kind of new to it all... I want to gain muscle but not fat and was wandering where my macros should be at being 5 foot 5, 119 lbs and exercising about 5 days a week. I'm also thinking of doing a physique competition just for fun down the road and was wandering if you had any tips on that or how I should prep? Thank you!! :)
