I need a butt reduction!!!

I have a big *kitten*! I mean I could put some well known big assed ladies to shame!! I want to lose it!!! What can I do?!?!?! I do not have a gym near me nor could I afford to go to one if there was.

HELP!!

    run baby run . . . that's how I've melted mine away. I was doing a lot of other stuff, but that running cardio really started to fry the fat.

    Starts walk/running.... Run until your uncomfortable, walk until that goes away, repeat. You will quickly increase your fitness. Look into HIIT. burns 9x more fact than steady state cardio.

    There is no such thing as spot reduction unfortunately. In your case you probably gain most of your weight in your tush... which means its probably the last place it will come off as well (for me its my "beer" gut) The major thing you can do is watch calories. Find your maintenance level of caloric intake and consume 500 calories less than that. That will get you losing 1-2lbs a week and eventually that tush with be gone. If you add in exercise like walking, jogging, weights etc... that will be even faster and give you a nice physique for once you shed the weight.

    It's my understanding that all runner's have great butts! Is that a stereotype? At least it's not a negative one....

    OH, and have you seen Robots?
