Well this is early days, went well yesterday feeling a bit tired today from change in diet and upping exercise. But feeling really positive. Hope everyone is feeling good today and ready for another positive day. If anyone would like a supportive diet buddy add me.

    You are already doing more to achieve your goal than a lot of people who never make it to day 2. Stay focused because it's worth it for you and your health!
