What's your #1 favorite song to listen to while running? I need some new ideas. Just name one.

I don't run but I ride my bike a lot. Not my #1 favorite but first one that came to mind, "Sound of Walking Away" by Illenium & Kerli.

There's a 2000s hip hop cardio station on amazon music that I've been listening to. I like having something upbeat to keep my pace.

It changes frequently depending on mood, but yesterday's fave was "The Bird and the Worm" by The Used.

I tend to prefer darker-themed music.

When I was in the middle of my first half marathon, a song by Bon Jovi came on and it was so fitting that I repeated it for about the next mile or so. Welcome to Wherever you Are. Part of the song:

    Welcome to wherever you are
This is your life, you made it this far
    Welcome, you gotta believe
That right here right now, you're exactly where you're supposed to be
    Welcome, to wherever you are

Not a favourite, for it changes. At the moment, the running song has been this choice of my sister's because it's working. I suppose I should be happy with this one, for it could've very easily been bag pipes or Ailein Duinn's numbers. She has a combination in a loop. I'd not realised that I am the big sister to "Shaka-lyn or Robynne."

She says it suits our terrain.
