Hello,
I have never used the forum, though I have4 used the app for years. I have used intermittent fasting for the past year and a half and have lost 66lbs. I was wondering if there were any other people here using IF?

    Hi I just joined and I admit that I have not consciously exercise for a year. I need to loose weight for health reasons, since i had such great success with quiting smoking and the online support I thought to give it a try.
