Im struggling with the idea that if I workout and burn x amount of calories I can then eat x amount more calories that day. Do you all eat your extra calories each day? Can I still loose weight that way?

Hey,
You can earn calories through exercise. You're results might be slower than you want though depending on your own metabolism. What this website really helps accomplish is looking at the net calories. Those are the calories that really count when it comes to loosing weight, and this category of calories helps calculate the target weight loss each day after you complete your entry.
Obviously what your looking for is a negative net calories number. Hope that helps!
