30-45 minutes workout everyday it really works :-)

Almost 6 months working out everyday for about 30-45 minutes was really worthy and it change my body for good. Also eating healthy and drinking a lot of water made those 40 pounds drop quick and leave my body for ever and never come back, because I'm not gonna let my body and mind anymore being pray of junk food and endless eating. It feels good and I really get happy when I see everyone at MFP making so much changes. Yes it feels always good and lighter :-)

    Congratulations for sticking with it! This is my third straight week of working out almost everday and eating healthy and I do feel so much better already. What kind of cardio do you do?

    All I do is dumbbell exercises
    3 sets of push ups
    3 sets of leg raise abs

    Congrats !!! My goal is to lose 40lbs as well (little over 1/4 there!). Do you have any other tips? What sort of workouts did you do?

    Yes, all most of my workouts top out at 45-50 minutes. That includes a warmup.

    The key is high intenstity in your workouts. If you workout with the correct intensity you don't need to be in the gym from more than 45 minutes to and hour tops.

    Drink lots of water and eat healthy. the workout is easy to do by anyone and you will see the change, I believe you will.:-)

    Get a pair of dumbbells. There are so many different exercises you can do with dumbbells and in about a week I saw the change in my muscles :-)

    The only cardio I do is 5 minutes of warm up and also when there is a song I like it I dance in my way and thank God nobody is watching, but is a really good cardio :-)
