Hi! I've been using my fitness pal off and on for a while. I've never used the community but I want to give it a try.
I have three kids, my youngest turned 3 in March. After having him and losing the initial weight I was around 140 lbs, I'm 5'2". I've always been a touch overweight my whole life.
2017 has been a great year and really a turning point for me in my health. In January I weighed about 135-137 lbs depending on the day. I have been consistently working out 4-6x per week and really trying to watch what I eat. I do slip up on diet at times. I am currently 123.5 lbs! This is my lowest weight as an adult! I'm happy with my weight but would love to continue to lose more and really tone up my body.
I'm hoping to find support and encouragement to continue with a healthy lifestyle. I also need accountability for my eating!

    Hi wow thats amazing weight loss! Is your yoingest in nursery now will give you lots nore time to train im sure youll tone up in no time
