My daughter is getting married in the winter of 2013. I have decided that one of my wedding gifts to her is being healthy and at the proper weight for her wedding. So here I go!!!!!! Wish me luck..........

Just remember, one day at a time! Keep your goal in mind when the going gets tough! Maybe enlist your daughter too, she can help keep you motivated. Find an exercise you love, that way it doesn't feel so much like exercise. Swimming, dancing, lots of "fun" things burn calories too! GOOD LUCK!0
