Full-time mom plus employed. Help!!!!!!

Hello im a 28 years old mom of 2 wonder kids. I'm a full time branch managers Sewell. I find it very difficult to workout and stay in shape. Anyone else hear me???

    Same boat. Full time mom of two young boys as well as working. Hubby and I found it much easier to work out when we take the kids to the park. They play we sweat. We go right after work. Bring our workout clothes with us that way we don't need to stop home and potentially make an excuse to stay.

    My wife is a full time mom and worker and I'm a full time dad and full time worker. Fitness is important to both of us, so we make it work. We typically alternate domestic responsibilities to give each other time to do our thing. 30-60 minutes per day of some meaningful exercise isn't too hard to come by.

    same, I work 730-4 m-f, and 11pm-7am friday and saturday nights, and i have 4 kids, its crazy, I workout after i make dinner usually, sometimes after kids are in bed, and sometimes early before they get up, my house is not the cleanest, and im always behind on laundry, but fitness is important to me so i I always try to fit in a workout, even just 3-4 times a week
