Daily calorie goal

Does anyone know if/how we can set our food log so that the daily calorie goal does not auto-adjust based on the daily activity level? I would like the daily goal to stay where I set it instead of creeping up throughout the day as I move more. Thanks!

Don't sync your tracker to MFP (?)

MFP (as designed) gave you a calorie deficit based on your stated activity level, with zero exercise factored in. So ideally eating back these "earned" calories (for more activity) just brings you back to your original deficit. Keeping the deficit from becoming too large, helps your body support existing lean muscle mass better.

    you need to have premium

go to Food and Exercise Diary Settings>Calorie Adjustments (its between Meal Names and Diary Sharing) then uncheck the box that says enable negative adjustments
