Im having a baked potato for dinner do i take the cooked weight or the uncooked weight of the potato as I would imagine it is lighter when it is cooked ty

I weigh them before I cook them.0

Since preferred cooking times can vary (and thus vary the weight), use the uncooked weight. Most calorie counts in the database will be for uncooked weight as well.0
