Hello, I'm new to this website I used to belong to Nutrimirror, but I guess its no longer available along with my data I have entered. Do I have to input all my different types of foods again? Does this website already have information I can just look up?

yes enter ypu foods and it will give you what you need to log once you start logging it, it will stay there to make it easier for you welcome0
