Hi, I just wanted to take a brief moment to introduce myself. I have been tracking calories for over a week and have already lost 4 pounds. I am starting to notice a difference in the way my clothes are fitting. I just really hope that I am able to keep it off this time... I have a long way to go, but am excited for the adventure. I am also doing Zumba, which is an amazing program. I would love to eventually become a Zumba instructor.
