I use just the standard boring Xperia ringtone. If my phone rings I never answer it, its always someone I don't want to talk to so I let it go to message.
Anyone I want to talk to texts me!
I did get GnR "You're Crazy" for one person, but again, no one I want to talk to calls me so I never hear it!1 -

My default ringtone is the theme from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
Except for my daughter. When my daughter calls me, I hear her voice saying "Mother, you're a genius." She said it to me a few months ago, and I made her say it again so I could record it, and I made it my ringtone. All as a joke, really, but it cracks me up every time she calls me so I'm leaving it forever and ever.2 -
Silent or vibrate. My watch will vibrate and tell me why my phone wants attention.0

I have mine set to silent -> heartbeat vibration which is fairly subtle. I get a notification on my watch, too...which is a little vibration as well, so I'll know it's happening but it isn't loud.0
