Hi, new here. I'm 5'2, 114-116lbs (weight keep fluctuating) and according to mfp my calorie intake is 1620. I find it hard to reach 1620 every single day and when I do consume that much, I'm bloated. I'm trying to gain muscles. Anyone have this isssue?

It's likely a diet issue. Maybe open up your diary so we can see what you are eating.

How do you open up the diary?

You could eat more calorie dense things without filling up too much or being bloated, how much do you usually consume to maintain?
Eat more nuts/nut butter, coconut products, butter, avocado

I have no problem getting enough calories, but I do get bloated and irregular quite often. Have you tried adding nuts or other fats to bring up your calories?

It's probably the fiber-- legumes in particular have a ton. You might want to increase those more gradually.

Bit more fat in cooking or eggs or less lean cuts of meat if you do a lot of skinless, boneless chicken breast are easy ways to increase calories, along with nuts and nut butter.
