Hi everyone just got the app and I'm liking it so far. Biggest struggle is motivation and where to start. Thinking of just a good hearty breakfast then meal replacement shakes, any ideas? Also any ideas on good exercise starters cause I don't want to hurt myself again?

Me too, just started to use the app again, I try to make exercising fun and make it a part of my schedule such as any other appointment, steel cut oats are a hit for breakfast as the weather changes hopefully to summer I makes protein shakes with fruit great to eat on the go too...0

Forget the meal replacement shakes. Make changes you can stick with for life. So plug your stats into mpg and set it for 1 lb a week. The number it gives you eat that many calories plus half your exercise calories. Eat foods you like. I had triple chocolate gelato today for example and have been steady losing weight. Weigh and log everything you eat before you eat it.
That's all you need to do.0
