    I have mine set to silent -> heartbeat vibration which is fairly subtle. I get a notification on my watch, too...which is a little vibration as well, so I'll know it's happening but it isn't loud.

    My phone is on silent almost always because shift work and notifications beepboop and buzz me awake (I use my phone as an alarm clock), but when it's not my ringtone is the "cycling" theme from the original Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow games.
