    May 31 goal - 130 lbs faster miles and complete 30 day Shred or be close to it(I might take a rest day or two depending)

    Successes: I am chasing a 8 minute mile outside, so far my fastest is 8:15. I am now able to do 10 regular push-ups, hold a 60 second plank. :D this morning the scale said 130.6, sooooooo close to my goal for the month.

    Times exercised - I exercise periodically during the day, but mainly at night when the house is quiet. As long as I am moving, I dont care when it is. Movement is the key for me. I want to lose at least 50 pounds.

    Starting weight 4/26/2017 - 171 lbs
    3/5/2017 - 169 lbs (2 lost! woohoo!!)
    10/5/2017 - 167 - I feel like I'll hit my mini goal of 163 this month (out of obese BMI range). :smiley:
    17/5/2017 - 166 (that's five points in three weeks!!) :wink:
    24/5/2017 - 165 - I saw this this morning and was a little disappointed at the slow progress (but I know why...my fault), then I thought - at this rate I could be 140 by Christmas and have some seriously solid habits to keep the weight off! This is a great thing!!! 6 lbs lost in total this 'go round'
    31/5/2017 - 163! I hit my mini goal! I am no longer obese according to BMi! Wow! Maybe this CICO thing really works. Maybe I don't need fancy shakes and fancy food. I just need to be aware, log what I eat and move my body! Amazing!!!

    Success: I got a 7:50 mile! I had some really great runs this weekend over the holiday and got to run on a beautiful trail in the country side. I did not meet my goal but I'm okay with it. I had a good time at my in laws for the holiday. I know I am retaining water and in the next couple days my weight will finally drop. I am so close to my END goal before I really start focusing on maintenance and body recomp. It's a good feeling. Bought some size 4 shorts and some cute stylish clothes for some up coming events and it feels so good. :-D
