Hi, I'm just starting my weight loss journey but i need some motivation

start doing the things, and the motivation will come! Motivation isn't realizable, you need to make decision on what habits will you commit to and get on with it. Often motivation comes after you start doing the things
example = don't feel like workout, get to the gym, 5 minutes after I start working out I feel on fire!0 -
For me, i am focusing on diet right now. I am using the diary to help me keep track of the foods that I eat, so I can know which ones are the best for my body. I discussed with my doctor what I need to cut down on, like cholesterol and sugars, and of course fats. But I'm learning that not all food is healthy even though they look healthy or is something low calorie. Take a boiled egg for instance, my husband and I love these in the morning but since I am cutting my cholesterol I can't eat these because of the yolk, which of course was my favorite part of the egg, haha!!!! but a boiled egg is high in protein, so i make sure i do the white part only. sad face but happy body. It's all good, I'm learning to be creative.
