New but not new

Hi, I've been on a 144 day streak ( my best ever) and I've used MyFitnessPal for years... somehow I never new there was a community to join!
I'm down 26 lbs since January and I'd like to lose 20 more. I'm not following any plans in particular, just logging everything I eat and doing the occasional dietbet.
I'm trying really hard not to rush this process because I've lost this weight before, and I'm sick of it. I want do to do it right and never have to do it again. I feel like I'm going to be successful because I've changed the way I eat, instead of doing a fast gimmick diet.

    Hi, I've been on myfitnesspal for a couple years but just decided to start interacting more. I'm tired of losing and gaining back the same 10 pounds lol. So I understand completely about losing the same weight as before. Good luck and welcome!
