    Ohhhh, I haven't been to a Ponderosa in years, cheeseburger and steak fries...yum.

    I guess it depends where you're eating out, but my solution is usually to get one of the following:

    1. Salad (no dressing) with grilled fish
    2. Grilled chicken breast sandwich

    It's easy to find a close match in the MFP inventory. Or, if you're eating at a chain you can find the exact dish.
