Sw210, cw,164. I started November 25,2016. My gw is 140. I work out 5 or 6 times a week. Diet is good. I do lots of cardio and resistance. Any advice of how to get through the weight loss Plato. Ive been going from 164 to 167 up and down for like 3 weeks. I know weight fluctuates. I understand. Yes i weigh myself at the same time and always in the morning before I eat. TIA

By "diet is good," do you mean you're regularly hitting your calorie goal? Have you recalculated it after losing weight?
Three weeks is too early to get worried, but it's still worth double-checking to make sure your goal is updated for your weight loss.1 -

Yes I meet my calorie goals every day. Yes I have recalculated.0 -
Socrates or Aristotle might help...all joking aside with autocorrect...it's only been 3 weeks, and you're doing resistance so you're likely losing fat and gaining muscle. How do your clothes fit? Have you noticed changes in your muscles over the last 3 weeks?12

Assuming your logging is accurate (weighing solid foods, avoiding generic/homemade entries, etc), I'm going to guess it's just one of those temporary stalls that happen sometimes during weight loss. I once went five weeks without losing anything even though I was perfectly on plan. Then it just started up again. It's frustrating, but it happens.2 -
Have you taken any measurements? How does your body feel in general? I get kind of "squishy" before a big drop, and usually I don't lose anything for like two weeks, and then suddenly I lose 2 pounds (which is the rate I'm at, 1lb a week).1
