    I started my fitness pal a year ago in june. So far i have lost 50 pounds. But i too am in the middle of a life transition. I still have many more to go. If you like we could support one another

    I'm relatively new but very new to this chat area. I've been using myfitnesspal for almost a month now and I like it a lot. It's great to see how much I will weigh in 5 weeks. That's so encouraging to me.
    I'm 197lbs now and my long-term goal is 130lbs but I intend to be in the 180's by Feb 18, 2018.
    I'm only 5 ft tall so losing weight will be a great thing for my health and breathing.
    Love to have friends along for the ride.

    I wrote an ebook on Intermittent Fasting. I already went from 217 to 190 but I got lazy and gained back a few. Now I will work my way back down and then even further.
