I'm trying to lose weight but I have too many people bringing me down. This is hard, man. I need uplifting people. Guys, girls, old, young. I just need people on the same journey as me! Anyone?

    Hi I'm the the same I did lose weight lost 8 stone was 18 stone but now I've put a bit on again my family are no help saying they prefer me bigger and saying don't lose too much weight I want to lose weight though I'm starting to eat healthy again fruit and veg I'm also a vegetarian that helps going to the gym as well I'm determined to do it you can too if you need any advice just ask
