coat it in panko crumbs and pan fry (or use non stick pan with cooking spray)
or you could make it into a ceviche

Squid is delicious!! Usually if I eat it, it's fried :blushing: but sauteing it would be good. Check out allrecipes.com, you might find something yummy there!

i sautee it with a tbls of olive oil, and some garlic and herbs, its great, but dont over cook or it gets chewy

its also good broiled with olive oil brushed on it and squeeze lemon juice over it

is it steaks or rings??? if they were steaks I would cut them up into 1/2 inch strips and soak them in milk for 8 hrs then take them out and toss them in a mixture of flour and cornmeal with your seasonings that you like and fry them for about 1 minute don't overcook cuz they will be rubber.

Smeared it with soy sauce and while cooking it add more soy sauce, Japanese style squid on a stick. Funny you posted this beacuse my wife is making this today, yeah she is Japanese.
