Hi, I'm 25 and a first time mom. I'm looking to lose a good bit of weight, and it has been a struggle. Want to band together and support each other in our PP transformations?

Not a first time mom, but my oldest is 2 and my youngest is 10 months! ☺️ I'm trying to work on my "mom bod" I gained as well, lol! I'll add you ladies! ❤️2

If you ladies are interested the second half of this post has some awesome info on calorie counting while breastfeeding. If you are breastfeeding make sure to set goals accordingly and make changes slowly so you dont hurt supply, bfing requires lots of energy! Best wishes on your journey and congratulations on the little one!!
