This app does work I've lost 9 pounds tracking my food and exercises..

I started using this app 3weeks ago tracking my food and exercise, and I weighed 150 pounds and since I'm been tracking what I eat I have lost 9 pounds. I cut out sugar and watched what I eat I don't eat red meats I eat a lot of chicken ,fish ,I eat a lot of protein bars I cut out soda completely and that was hard but it's working for me. I want to weigh 125 pounds and tone up my body and look good for summer and stay that way. So this app is definitely working for me, so keep on trying to reach your goals and u will succeed, I'm looking for support and friends so we all can work together to help each other get to our goals..... And I'm still trying to figure out how to use the rest of this app... lol

    Good job! Just over 8 weeks here and have lost 29 pounds since my last weigh-in, which was 10 days ago. Who know what I am now :-)
