Stuffed bell peppers

Followed a stuffed bell pepper recipe except added shredded and chopped cabage inplace of rice. Some of stuffing mixed with motz others with cheddar. Some I added some cumin to stuffing and mixed in Mexican cheese... all turned out great and husband loved Mexican stuffed bells the most.

I love stuffed peppers but they don't really fill me up for some reason, especially if I skip the rice
