Need to lose over 100 pounds group

Are you weighing every day? I find it is less frustrating to weigh in once a week so I don't decide that all my hard work was for nothing.

Oh you may be UNDER eating!!!!! You might try kicking it up a bit! If u are 5'5" & up you may want to try 1550 (at the least) you also may need to tweek your nutrition goals too!! Your body has changed ! Switch up your exercise and try something new you have always wanted to!!!2 -

Hi, I am in. I am getting back on the wagon and want the weight I lose to stay gone.1
