My first day on the app

Hi all, this is my first day using my fitness pal, but I've lost around 100 pounds on weight watchers over the last 2 years. Looking for a change up as I've been having a hard time staying motivated lately.

    That is AMAZING of how much you've lost! You don't know me but I'm proud of you! I have trouble staying motivated too, I'm a recovered anorexic and I've gained a lot of weight trying to get healthy and to live. For some reason my mind sees my weight and makes me think it is easier to just not eat. I don't want to take the easy way out, and rather than me relasping I want to be healthy and I'm struggling not taking the easy way out and going to the gym. My fear is that everyone is looking at me laughing, but when I read how much you've lost it made me realize that we all struggle but you beat it! If you can do it, it makes me believe with work I can do it too!
