Hi, I'm not new to the site, I actually found it last year and registered, however I never followed through. This time I'm ready to make this work. I have a lot to lose to reach my goal (about 140-150 lbs to be more specific). I'm really interested in those of you who have lost big or those who have just started and need to lose big like I do. I also welcome any new friends whether your weight loss goal is 5 lbs or 500 lbs. :happy:

Kudos to you for realizing that you are ready! If I could make one suggestion....break your 140-150 lbs to lose into smaller incraments. Say 10 lbs at a time. Good luck to you and feel free to add me.0

I started in December but didn't really start til a few weeks ago. I have about 100 pounds to lose. Hopefully we can motivate each other.
