    Such a small thing really, my 3 year cat has never let me hold her or pick her up since I rescued her 2 1/2 years ago, and she is sleeping in my lap for the first time ever, its not officially a real snuggle but progress.

    Finding out that the best food to add to my diet is actually cacao nibs made me not only smile but actually laugh out loud of happiness. I had been worrying because I missed 200-300 calories a day if you count exercise, but really liked my macro distribution (maybe a little too few fats), wanted to keep it varied and am never really hungry since I went low carb. Cacao nibs fixes all my problems <3

    I went kayaking with a friend today. As we were taking out, he leans over and says, wow, you smell great, what are you wearing? I say, um, well sweat and cutter (bug spray). Who knew?
