Why the weight doesn't change?

I eat 1200 kcal per day ( +100/200 if I exercise hard) (about 70-100g protein per day)
I am 178cm(5 feet 10inches)
I am on diet 21 days. I start with 69.6kg (153,4 pounds ) and now It's about 66,6(146,8 pounds).
But my weight doesn't change since 4 days and today it was even more (not 66,6 but 66,9!) so I don't know if I should eat less or what? I am not hungry eating 1200kcal, so I could easily cut off it but I am not sure if this is good idea.
I am 100% sure I count calories right.
The number of burned calories can be higher but the picture just show how often I do something more like swimming or fitness.

Don't cut your calorie intake.
Weight loss isn't linear, especially for women. You need to look at your overall weight trend over time. You've lost 6+ pounds in 3 weeks. At your height and weight, I'd suggest that you aim for an average of 0.5 to 1 pound loss per week.
Here's a recent weight trend for me where I was at or below my calorie goal every day:

The exact same thing is happening to me right now! Im a 41 year old female, I eat 1200 per day, have been only doing this for 4 weeks and now I'm stuck at 80 kgs for 4 days! This morning, despite eating so minimal the day before, i actually gained 200 grams! I'm now 80.2! I am extremely vigilant in weighing and measuring everything! I even count chewing gum! Its so frustrating .. im 174cm tall0

Agree with the above. Our weights fluctuate daily due to sodium, water, carbs etc. If you are weighing yourself daily, look at the weekly average of the daily weights and compare the weekly averages. That will be a better indicator as to whether you are making progress or not. Generally, if your diet and exercise is working, the weekly average should go down every week even though daily averages may fluctuate.1

Weight loss isn't linear as another user mentioned weight does tend to fluctuate. I lost 38 pounds so far, and my weight has gone up, down, and maintained a certain weight for a few months now. I wouldn't worry about nothing happening in 4 days. That's fine relax and eat the calories as prescribed by MyFitnessPal. I'm not sure why you're eating 1200 calories it looks like you're setting yourself up to try to lose 2 pounds a week, and I would recommend 0.5 pounds instead. This will allow you to eat more calories and still lose weight. However, the weight can still fluctuate.
Good luck!!1
