I started drinking more water. I use to drink maybe 1 500ml bottle a day the rest was pop, tea, juice and milk. I cut out pop and juice. I now drink 6 500ml bottles of water and 2 teas. Now im low sodium as i have high bp bit since upping my water and taking out pop and juice something is off. I go to the bathroom maybe 9 times a day now and before 5-6 even tjough i drink the same amount before as now but now is water.
Am i flushing all my electrolytes out, am i drinking too much. If it is electrolytes how can i fix it.

First of all great work cutting out sugary drinks! That can be so hard if it's a habit of yours!
It is normal to pee a lot more once you start drinking enough water, it means your metabolism is working correctly and your body is using all the water it needs. If your pee is completely clear than you might be drinking too much and your body is just flushing it. You want a light lemon/lime juice color.
You may be drinking too much water. That's 101 ounces a day when it's recommended that people drink 64 ounces a day. If you are active or spend a lot of time in the hot weather you may need that much. For the most part if you are thirsty then you should drink water though even if it is more than recommended. Your body knows what it needs.
A good measure if your getting enough electrolytes: if after you drink a large glass of water if you still feel thirsty you are likely getting too much water compared to electrolytes.
Naturally occurring electrolytes are in basically everything. Some easy things with few calories to add to your water include lemon juice/slices, coconut, cucumber, or celery. You could also eat a banana, apple, or some kale. Another alternative are electrolyte tablets you can buy basically anywhere that you add to water to better hydrate you.

Yes, there is such a thing as too much water! Basically, use your judgement, don't force it, and you should be fine.2
