Does this include natural sugars found in fruit and so on?0

Hi both! ☺️.
I tried to post the details but this app won't let me!
Natural sugar is allowed to help deal with the craving.0 -
I will be posting what I ate (everyday) to deal with the craving (the natural substitutes of course!)0

Just to clarify. When I say natural sugar I am referring to fruits & veg0

I'll join you too. I've been trying to do this on my own and it is tough. Maybe this accountability group will be just what I need to succeed.

yes carbs are sugar, but if people want to cut out added and refined sugar why not? if they want their carbs from fruits, veggies and dairy products then I dont why it should be considered chasing a boogeyman.I eat whatever carbs I want to but if someone else wants to cut out certain things its their choice,as long as they are still getting their macros in then that is all that matters1 -

I consume almost none anyway (low carbing at the moment) so was considering joining for added incentive, but due to another discussion was thinking about this, and am curious whether you mean to exclude things like sriracha too. For me that would be kind of pointless (although I can see the fun for a short term experiment). So I am asking. (I already don't consume sugary soda -- never have -- and am not consuming other sweets.)0

Day one complete. Did great until I just drank half a glass of lemonade before realizing it was an added sugar food.0
