I had a chicken burger on a bun - 250 cal.
mixed vegetables 1/4 C. - 30 cal.
home made baked sweet potato fries - 103 cal.0 -
Haven't had dinner yet, it's only 4:16 here...
But I am going to have a salmon filet with garlic and lemon, spinache, and lentils...
Might even have a No Pudge brownie for dessert.

Haven't had supper yet but plan to have a 4 oz. Tilipia fillet, 1 cup low fat chocolate milk, 1 cup cauliflower florets, and 1 cup cottage cheese.

Will be having 3 oz of leftover BBQ pork chop ( tenderloin). Hubby BBQ'd them perfectly last night. I only ate about 1/3 of one - they are HUGE!!
