I try to drink water through out the day, but have recently come across the Lipton diet green tea...I drink about 3-4 a day...is that going to hurt anything? Thanks

It shouldn't hurt unless you are sensitive to caffeine. Tea is mostly water.1

In the summer that tea tastes great. It's low calorie and very refreshing.1

I drink hot tea in winter & ice tea in summer. I make my own out of tea bags tho, I don't add any sugar0

Thanks everyone, since it was bottled I didn't know if it would work against me0

I don't see why that would make a difference?3

Because it's in a bottle?
Why are you thinking that this drink could somehow do you harm?2 -
I've had that drink before it's pretty good. If you're trying to reduce your sugar intake please note I think this drink had like 40g of sugar or something like that. If you're healthy this should be okay. But drinking 3 of them daily feel free to talk with your doctor if you have concerns about the sugar intake. Good luck!0

The diet version has no sugar in at all it's artificially sweetened.1 -

This. And the OP clearly mentioned that it's the diet version that she drinks, so no concern as far as calories go.

I actually forgot about this tea. It's really good and now I want to go get some.0 -
I really like it, too. It's my summer drink.
With or without a splash of vodka.1 -
If it has artificial sweetener like aspartame, just keep an eye out for increased headaches and stuff. I find that if I consume too much diet pop I'll get a headache.
I am a total tea addict, but I sip on unsweetened loose-leaf throughout the day.1
