Yes and it didn't work- most of the meals are so caloric it's unreal. I had a PT at the time and she was scathing of his plan!0

I'm currently doing the plan and have started to lose weight & feel much better in myself too0

I did the 90 day sss plan last year and it was really great. The food was lovely and yes very high calorie but as long as you work out hard enough, you have a deficit and the weight comes off. I lost a stone (14lbs) in the ~4 months but went down just over a dress size. I was not strict 100% of the time, more like 90% (as I had a few celebrations and a trip away during the diet period)
I went on holiday directly after and felt great- really nice and trim. Then when I got back, I just could not face doing such intense exercise again and I let myself go and tried to carry on eating the same way (which is a disaster as the plan works off a very small deficit) and I gained weight again and got 'soft'.
So this year starting 2nd jan (same time as doing the plan last year) I started calorie counting and went on holiday again ~4 months later (so exact same time frame and holiday time) and I lost 22lbs. BUT I have not been weight training, just walking and running, and I am the same dress size as after the 90 day plan, but I am MUCH MUCH softer and flabbier and did not look or feel half as good in my bikini as I did last year. Also, even though i was not running as much as I normally do, on the 90 sss plan, I found my 10k and 5k times improved A LOT. Very good side effect.
I loved the 90 day sss plan and the results I got but just the exercise is too intense for me to actually stick to. Although when I was paying the £150 for it, i stuck to it and enjoyed it. When not paying for it, I just couldn't be bothered really.
Sorry for the essay!
(I have a photo of my changes if you'd like to see it? But I am in my bikini so apologies hahahahah)1 -
Wow lucy, sounds like you've done well. I'm only 2 weeks in and lost 5kg (11lbs) and two inches off my waist. Most importantly I'm not always hungry like before and I feel AMAZING!! Can't wait to see the results at the end of the 3 months0

Kerry, that's brilliant! Yes you won't feel hungry as you eat a lot of great food. But you need to work out as hard as you can to keep the deficit there.
If I can please give you one piece of advice? Please do not get put off with C2- just push through it and embrace all the carby goodness. A lot of people do sadly get put off as the results can slow right down, sometimes to a halt, but I looked at it as a sort of 'bulking' stage. If you read posts by people who gave up, 9/10 times it was during/ straight after C2. I lost the bulk of my weight during C3... it just fell off and the inches went right down.
Keep going and I hope you get fab results0
