Hey guys, who else needs to lose 30 lbs? I need some pals for the journey.

    I will be 40 in 1 1/2 years. I know it is a long way off but I have 30+ lbs to lose and I want to meet goal by 40. I know weight comes off very slowly for me so this seems reasonable. Glad to have more friends if anyone wants to add.

    I've been going up and down and I realize that consistency is key. But it's also nice to have the moral support as well. Thanks!!
