my suggestion is to start on one or more physical activities that u like.
1. exercising n moving around makes u hungry
2. eat some healthy but calorie dense food like chia seeds, coconut oil, flex seeds, beef, avacado, etc (just do a google search)

Same here! I'm at 90 trying to go up to 98 (my height is 5'0 and I've always been under 100). Got this app to finally put on some weight. Good luck!!4

Good luck! I started at 94 pounds and am now 112. My goal is roughly 130 pounds but I'll stop beforehand re or even after that just depending on when I'm happy with the way I look.2
