Ready to do this.....again!

Hello! I am returning to MFP after an extended period of time away. During that time I thought I could be mindful of my portions and calories consumed without any struggle. Some days I could but more often than not I ate what I wanted even if my choices were guided by sugar cravings and emotions. I fooled myself into believing that I was eating healthier than I was and lately it has become clear to me that my diet needs to change. I am mindful of most everything else that I put into or onto my body in regards to beauty/ health products and try to avoid chemicals etc. But yet, I fuel my afternoons with sugar and carbs and iced drinks with names that sound so lovely. I'm hoping that by using MFP I can stick to healthier options and feel better!

    I know that feeling. Just recently came back myself. Sugar is my worst enemy

    You can do it. It's hard sometimes, but it's worth it.
