Not losing weight!

Hello!

I'm pretty new to the community and also new to the calorie intake tracking world, but since I gained some weight and am now currently trying to lose it, I decided to try and calculate what my average 'eating day' would look like, it turns out that I eat around 1400 calories or less , which is great because my BMR is around 1650. I play volleyball twice a week and I do some workouts other days of the week.
I haven't noticed any weight loss and at my rate I think I should've noticed some weight loss a while ago.
Are there any other factors that can contribute to me not losing weight?

Thanks for your help!

There is no reason you would not be losing weight if you really were eating 1400 cals or less. Unfortunately, there is a learning curve to logging accurately.

Read through these stickies, they are super helpful, and good luck!

You shouldn't eat below your BMR - eat above your BMR but below your TDEE. But since you're not losing weight you're likely eating more than you think. How actuate is your logging? Are you using your food scale for all solids? Measuring cups/spoons for all liquids? Using the recipe builder? Accurately calculating exercise calories? Using accurate entries? Logging everything that passes your lips?

It sounds like you're possibly not counting your calories correctly if you're eating that little plus exercise.
Is it possible you're not weighing your food? Or using unverified foods? Or maybe forgetting to count things like oil and sauces and drinks that all add up?
