Workout plan advice

Hi all,

Some context about myself: I'm 5' and have lost about 31 lb in the past year and a half (from 165 lb to 133ishlb), with about 20 pounds more to go. I also learned how to work out and gained a lot of muscle in this time, although I haven't been able to really quantify that. I try to eat around 1350 calories a day (even on exercise days). I've followed a mostly paleo diet until recently, when I added a keto aspect to break a 4-month weight loss plateau. IT seems like keto was effective in helping me lose another 2 lb right away.

I was wondering if I could get some feedback on my workout plan. I go to a gym with a lot of classes, which I usually take advantage of rather than lifting weights on my own. I did a killer upper body circuit yesterday by myself though, and I'm wondering if I should do more of those. I know that I'm making progress, but it feels slow, and I'm wondering if I could/should do anything differently to see results more quickly.

My routine is approximately the below:
Sunday: rest OR metabolic training OR circuit training
Monday: Running class (interval training, usually about 5 miles in 50 min including breaks to walk in between intervals)
Tuesday: circuit training (1 hr)
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: circuit training (45 min)
Friday: Running class (same as Monday)
Saturday: Yoga or rest

I also try to walk a lot, especially on the weekend. I'd really like to lose more body fat and get leaner all over, to the extent that my body type allows.

Thanks in advance!
