can anyone share the link that they used for the program. I am finding a few different ones and they are all different. Just wondering which program you were all successful with. Thanks

I've never seen any other site other than this one. It is the one I use and is the same as the c25k app I use on my phone. I have been very successful so far and am on week 5 day 2.0 -

I don't think it really matters what app you use, as long as you have the sound notifications of when to walk/jog. Although with the one I used--it gets messed up when you switch to different screens, so if I was to do it again I would "invest" in the pro version from day 1 so it didn't get messed up all the time. Now that I'm at week 7 and you go for 25+ minute runs at a time, I don't need it anymore...but it was really simple to use!

I started with the PodRunner c25k, but a week later I joined a local running club's beginning running clinic and I followed their program. I liked their program better because it varied the running intervals during the week. But honestly, I think consistency is the biggest indicator of success in a c25k program, not the program itself. So find one that seems interesting or isn't too stressful on your body and go with it!0
