Hello, I am nearing my 90 day (3 months) mark and I wanted to hear from you all to see what your results were/is. For me, I lost only 48 lbs.(I could have done better) If you have before and after 90 day pics, that would be good too. Waiting to hear from you all!!!

Don't be little your progress saying you could have done better. 48 pounds is amazing and to have that motivation is inspiring!12

The weight will vary from person to person depending on their starting weight and height. I agree 48 is a lot. That's 1/2 a pound a day! I started at 175lb and after 3 months I lost 15 pounds. My current weight today is 156.5lb I prefer the slow weight loss approach so that I can keep it off indefinitely and also I like to eat.8

48 pounds is awesome...you should be so proud of yourself. I started in February, was going strong the first 2 months, and then let myself slack a bit too much in April...so I too could have likely seen better results. But I've lost 29 pounds so far. I don't have the most recent photos...waiting for a bit more progress, but the first is 236 the second is 211.

I don't have a 90 day pic but today marks 180 days and I am down 60lbs. I have lost 10lbs pretty much every month... I am in this for the long haul so I am taking it slow and steady. 48lbs is nothing to be disappointed with, give yourself the credit and never belittle your success. If weight loss was easy the whole world would be skinny. Great job!18 -
48lbs is a lot. I only lost19lbs in my 90 days but i also didn't really give up any foods just portion control.8

37+ lbs in 88 days. I'm a little cagey about it because I felt like that rate of loss is a little on the rapid side to be acceptable, but apparently not! Nice work.5

Can accomplish a LOT in 90 days. I went from 235 back in March to 197 today!6

Wish I could post pics from my phone. My start weight was 210.5 and after 90 days I lost 23 lbs and was 187.5. Now practically a year later I'm down 73.5 lbs and I'm 136.5.8

48 pounds is amazing. That's equivalent to the size of an average 6 year old. So you lost weight equal to the size of a whole 6 year old child. Let that sink in for a minute!4
