What's your leg workout?

I've had a couple guys ask me at the gym what my routine was, hard to explain the overweight leg training program... A non-scale victory #nsv from getting in shape is it looks like I've been doing leg day forever... Because basically I have. Built these tree trunks up carrying the extra 150+ pounds I've lost for at least 25 years. Socks and pants can at times be a fitment challenge. #fitness

    Wow, look at those legs! I agree, they look great! One of the rare positive perks of carrying many pounds of fat around :lol:
