Blister-proof fitness?

Hi all,

I've just returned from a holiday in Italy, and unfortunately I have returned with a million mosquito bites. On my right foot, the mosquitoes bit me twice in the same place and this has resulted in an enormous blister. It's in a really awkward spot and I can't easily put pressure on my right foot without it hurting. I have another bite between two of my toes that rubs and is causing similar problems. All in all, walking is quite tricky and I certainly can't bounce around like I normally do when I exercise. Can anyone reccommend a fitness routine that will keep pressure off my foot until this thing heals up?

Thank you.

We just got back from Italy, too! Fortunately no mosquito bites here.

About your workout - is swimming an option for you? It's a great cardio workout, and the bites won't be an issue!

Depending on where on your foot the awkward spot is, cycling might also work.

    Good luck!

Good idea! Thank you. There's a pool about a 20 minute bus ride from here so I can probably manage that.
