I have been good for 12 days and 21. hours......Fed Up!!!!!!

I want to just throw caution to the wind and eat something devilish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Something chocolate goodnessy..........I only have 96 cals left for today...this including my exercise cals............oh what the hell.

I am gonna eat a weight watchers 100 cal brownie with a yummy glass of fat free chocolate milk.......260 cals.........and I don't care!

    I am glad that I make you smile......I am a bit of a character I suppose.......thats what I hear anyhow........and now I have to gripe..........that devilish little brownie I was talking about......you know I have to make that thing......honest, they can't just make the sneaky lil thing for me, I have to add a tablespoon and a half of water to it! THE NERVE...now that ruins the whole naughtiness of it!

    Ahhhhh, Sassie. Nobody knows better then I how hard it can be to resist.

    but what you need to keep telling yourself is this:

    Everyone who has battled weight loss (myself included), at one point had to make some tough choices, and go through some frustrating times. The ones who succeed are the ones who
    can make it through even though it SUCKS. For me, it was going out with my buddies and having
    them order the nachos (smothered in cheese) and the potato skins, deep fried with bacon and
    cheese...etc. Yet in the end, I looked at it, drooled a little, drank my crappy 2 light beers then water all night, and ordered the grilled chicken salad. My friends shook their heads and laughed, until the first time I worked out last summer for baseball with them and they all said "HOLY *kitten*" LOL! True story my dear. It's totally worth it. And you CAN do it. Stay strong. It's not the easy times that makes it worth it, it's surviving the times when you want to quit!

    I have faith, I know you can do it!
