Motivated, but discouraged....

Hi,all! New here, but really looking forward to a new chapter in life! Looking to shed 95lbs and to stay encouraged. It doesn't make sense to be motivated, yet filled with so much self doubt, but here I am! Tired of being the do nothing mom! Just want to be able to keep up with my kids on top of my work schedule! I keep telling myself, "I know I can!"

I'm in the same boat. I have very active boys and I would rather sit on the sidelines wishing I could be out there with them instead of getting out there with them. My journey just started a little over a month ago with being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and almost losing my job because of it. With that being said, I've been able to lose about 15 lbs so far.1

Diabetes runs in the family so I'm looking out for that too. So far, with both pregnancy I was warned of it but I never gained more than 15-20lbs. My son is 1 now and I'm as heavy as I was at his birth. I don't want the diabetes to catch up but I fear its right around the corner if I don't do something now! Happy I found this app! Praying it helps keep me focused and alert to what I put in my body!!
